Commissions
This is my commissions info page! I have a variety of styles I draw in, and can draw a range of subjects/characters. If you're interested in commissioning me please first read my terms of service and pricing!
If you'd like to order something not listed in my pricing guide feel free to reach out and we can discuss it.
Terms of Service
Payment
Payment is upfront through Paypal invoice. Refunds are only offered for pieces still in the sketch/planning stage; refunds are not offered for pieces that are in the lineart/color/or finished stages.
Usage
Commissions are for personal use only, Do not profit from my artwork, and do not claim my artwork as your own. You are free to post the watermarked finished piece(s) you receive on your own site/social media(s) with credit to myself (darksouls2yuri / petitegobeline) as the artist.
Turnaround
Turnaround time will vary depending on the complexity of the artwork. In general, expect 1 week for simpler pieces and 2 weeks for more complex pieces. When working on your commission I can give you an estimate of how long it will take, and if I have anything come up during this time that may pushback the completion timeline. If you need a piece by a certain deadline please tell me upfront. If you have any issues with the amount of time it's taking to complete your commission, please tell me privately.
Making Changes
During the commission process I will send work-in-progress images. I will initially send a rough sketch and ask if the pose/expressions/concept is correct before proceeding on to finalize the piece. You may ask me to make changes during the sketch/planning stage for no additional charge. Changes made after this point will result in additional charges.
References
You must provide visual references for your character, design, pose, etc. Optionally, you can also include a written description describing their personality or story. You may also send me previous pieces I've done if you like an aspect of a piece (style, lineart, colors, textures, etc). Anything to help me understand what your subject is like/what you're looking for in the commissioned piece (ie. describing character relationships/dynamics if commissioning ship art).
Declining Your Order
I reserve the right to decline a client/commission for any reason. Reasons for declining an order may range from not having the time/being backed up, to being something outside of my skill, to being uncomfortable drawing the material being requested. Please do not ask me to draw something after I have already declined, and do not take it personally if I decide to decline your order.
Privacy
Let me know if you would like your commission to be private, otherwise I will assume it is okay for me to post it on my social media(s) and/or add it to my portfolio/gallery.

Pricing Guide
prices are variable depending on the complexity of the subject, so please view these as base prices and not necessarily the final price
Pay What You Want (PWYW): I offer a pay what you want commission offer, the minimum price is $2, on my Ko-fi page. These are no revision drawings, you send in a prompt or a subject description/image and I will draw it. I will spend more time on the drawing/go into more detail based on the price paid.
Lineart Drawing: a clean, lined drawing of a subject of your choice.

User Icon: single character with your choice of a single color, simple pattern, or pride flag background. canvas is usually 800x800 pixels (tell if you need/want a specific size image).

Pet Portrait: I do stylized pet portraits! choice of single color, simple pattern, or single prop background. Comes with option to mail you a 4x6, 5x7, or 8x10 inch postcard print of your pet's portrait.
